Leanne and Aaron loved my work as soon as they saw it and I was so happy that they chose me to capture their Liopetro wedding - a gorgeous rustic wedding venue in the hills of Kouklia, Paphos and overlooking the sea. A perfect wedding venue for Cyprus-lovers and wedding photographers alike!

I loved the intimate wedding prep area - a stunning old room which was also the bridal suite - check out the wedding dress! An amazing dress brought over from David’s Bridal shop in the UK.

Andrea and Constantinos' Cyprus Wedding Photography | Deftera | Royal Hall, Nicosia

What a lovely couple these two were - and what a great start to 2020! Andrea and Constantinos were full of so much love and warmth for each other, and from the very first moment I turned up to start shooting this was so obvious. Many, many people turned up to both the couples’ allamata - their baby daughter looking gorgeous and their many friends and family. After two very fun and lively preparations, the couple met at the church of Ayios Georgios in Deftera, just outside Nicosia. After a cocktail party joined by literally hundreds of their friends, they partied on well into the night at fashionable city venue Royal Hall in the Old Town. Big thanks to the wonderful TimeFrame Productions who as always are a joy to work with. Here are some highlights from the day.

Ktima Demetriou is a beautiful traditional Cypriot Wedding venue set in the hills between Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia. Boasting an museum where visitors can admire traditional olive and flour mills, as well as tools that have been used in the last century, the venue makes for a stunning backdrop to a traditional Cypriot wedding and an exciting experience for anyone visiting the island. Strock is from the USA and many of the guests flew over from there and further afield to witness and celebrate in their love, and marvel in the many treasures ,beauty and traditions that old-world Cyprus has to offer. As a photographer it was wonderful to see so much love and joy in one day. Hope you can catch a glimpse of it here. Mimi and Harry's Cyprus Wedding | Aelia Wellness Resort | TSERI | Cyprus

Mimi and Harry are a super likeable couple and were an absolute joy to work with. I knew the first time met them that they were the ideal couple for me. A truly international, well-travelled couple and DEFINITELY not a fan of posed pictures, they gave me free rain to capture the day as it unfolded. Their friends and family (who had literally travelled from EVERYWHERE to be there) joined them to share in the love and magic, and a night of fun, laughter and total CRAZINESS. Check out the gorgeous decor at one of my favourite venues, Aelia, (which the team at The Event Co crafted so perfectly) and the party shenanigans going on well into the night. And as a Nicosia wedding photographer on my doorstep! A wedding I’ll never forget.

Marios and Xenia from Larnaca chose to marry at Agios Epiphanios Church in Ayia Napa on a warm September day.
